Full Time Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Previous customer service experience and a commitment to superior customer satisfaction.
3. Team-oriented professional work attitude with the ability to work independently
4. Able to deal with high Stress.
5. Familiarity with PC gaming and MMORPGs.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Open and flexible schedule including 3rd shifts and afternoon shifts
8. Local candidate only (Los Angeles Area)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Responsible for resolving users’ inquiries, disputes, complaints and ensuring users satisfaction
2. Collect, investigate, and process various data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs.
3. Document and update requests for support to come up with the resolution.
4. Act as a liaison between users and various internal departments.
6. Provide technical support to end users on game and other related issues
7. Must be able to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment
8. Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on User issues.
