Beginning Thursday February 4th, maintenance times for all Gravity Games will be changed. The new times will be as follow:
Ragnarok Online/ ROSE Maintenance times: 1pm-5pm PST
Requiem: Memento Mori Maintenance Time: 3pm-7pm PST
These maintenance times changes will remain as the weekly time until further notice.

I understand moving the maint to thurday but instead of moving the maint on peak time they should just push it back. It makes zero sense to ruin thursdays for everybody coming back from work.
Ok so this is the reason why my client cant connect to the patch server?
I have been patient and sending in emails about this but still no response. my account has been blocked since you made us change the password. I wasnt able to get on before it happened could so I got blocked. Help?
Its very possible that the responses are being put into spam filters for your email account. Check there, otherwise contact Heimdallr at community at gravityus . com
One more thing why is it that the patch server is down so much i resently updated my rose online client then the patch server went down.
No one without a out dated client can play when the Patch Server Is offline …..

I have been so frustrated trying to download this game. I can’t even get past your main screen for your website. I’ve shut down my firewall I’ve enabled the website on every list in my computer including the cookies. This is a brand new computer so I should not be having these issues. I’ve been to the point to say forget this and go back to playing world of warcraft
why i can’t open my rose here? is there any problem with the game?
I have been trying to log into requiem for about 9 hours straight now. maintenance isn’t scheduled for another 12 hours my time, and no “emergency maintenance” should last 9 hours. I have unistalled/reinstalled the game to no avail. It worked fine yesterday, but today all of a sudden, poof. Error 06 Failed Internet Connect. 9 hours straight of it. PLEASE FIX THIS OR AT LEAST TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!
i need help when i install the iRO at fileshack , and when i have done install it .. it seem nothing happen when i open it.. no patch , and when i start it say fail connect to server. Anyone can help me please..
i downloaded everything yesterday, and it still wont let me patch into the server for either of them. what gives?
