Recently, players in South America reported that they weren’t able to see the MercadoPago payment option when trying to purchase WPE. This was fixed last week, but during our investigation we found that the exchange rates for that payment option were based on outdated currency exchange ratios.
We will be correcting the exchange rates for the MercadoPago payment option on November 3rd at 6:00 PM PST. Players who are accustomed to the old exchange rate should take note that this will be a substantial change as the exchange rates have changed dramatically. This means that after that time and date, the rate will be significantly different and that all following purchases from that time and date will be at the current international exchange rates. The previous rate will no longer be available.
If you wish to make any purchases at the old rate, they must be done before November 3rd, 2015.
