There have always been issues that stem from sharing accounts between people. For this reason, the staff has never officially offered support to accounts that were found to be shared. However, when such cases arise, the team has always tried to help users who share their accounts as much as we can, even though they will not get the full restoration support of our staff.

While we try and make everything about WarpPortal focus on fun and games, occasionally tragic real world events happen and shake our lives and those we care about. Right now is one of those times in Japan. We here at WarpPortal personally have many friends and family in Japan, many of our players do as well. We are very concerned over their wellbeing both presently and in the near future, we are doing everything we can as individuals to help; but more assistance is always welcome with that in mind we are combining our efforts with MercyCorps again to support their relief efforts in Japan.

We have been made aware of several important ISP work plans that may have an impact on network performance for all our titles and Websites. Our ISP has recognized a possible issue with their routers that run their backbone network lines, and are taking steps to fix the problem in an orderly and quick fashion to prevent a bad degradation in service or disconnection down the road.&
