After I’ve won my prize, I emailed them on the last week of December.

After that, on second, third and fourth week of January, I also emailed them…

I send a ticket twice for this event…

Ticket responded saying it is not their problem. I should email community@warpportal.com instead in which I did.

Today is Feb. 20, 2012. I have been in contact with Hastur and he told me that the item has been shipped last week…so I’m still waiting.

So with regards to you saying I should had done that 2 months ago (about emailing them)…you just don’t know how long I already did that…
